The hard rule: Never describe how the check works, what we collect, or how anything is stored.
This applies to positive claims and to denials alike. Quote the partner privacy paragraph in Boilerplate.txt instead.

Words we never use, and what to say instead
- Instead of Em dashes: Commas, periods, colons or parentheses.
- Instead of “hash” or “facial hash”: “unique anonymous credential”
- Instead of “identification”, “identify” or “ID”, in any way that suggests a government document: We confirm humanness. Say that we confirm a real, unique human.
- Instead of “isn’t just” or “not just”: Rewrite it forward and say what we are.
- Instead of “synthetic”: Rotate between AI-generated, machine-generated, fabricated and non-human.
- Instead of A rhetorical question followed by its own answer: State the point plainly.
- Instead of Sentence fragments for drama: Write full sentences.
- Instead of Competitor names, in any published copy: Leave them out every time.
- Instead of Passive voice: Active voice. Say who does what.
- Instead of “less” when you mean price: “cheaper” or “lower cost”
